Crosslinkers

Crosslinkers are thiol-modified polymers that can be used to crosslink thioreactive polymers to form hydrogels.

• PEG-Link: Polyethylene glycol-based crosslinkers.
• CD-Link: PEG-based crosslinkers with a matrix metalloprotease cleavage motif. Facilitate cell-induced local remodelling of hydrogel, cell spreading and cell motility.
• HyLink: Hyaluronic acid-based crosslinker.
• CD-HyLink: Matrix metalloprotease cleavable HyLink.
